Hi,I don't normal post but do read most post.im wondering if any body could help me. I've had this pressure at the front of my head,It feel like some thing pressing on all the time.i have fibromyalgia,cfs,under active thyroid ibs and arthritis.Thank you

I am so sorry to read that you are experiencing this and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue. I have experienced this on a daily basis for about a year and I am currently under a Neurologist as a result. Eventually the pressure leads to a really bad migraine and affects my vision and induces nausea and vomiting, so I sincerely hope that you do not suffer in this way?

My Neurologist believes it may be a result of pain medication for my Fibro, and has suggested that I reduce my Co-Codamol and Sumatriptan intake and replace this with Pregabalin and see how I go? I am still on a low dose of Pregabalin and the only change I have noticed is more headaches!

I have pasted you a NHS Choices link to their cache on headaches, and I was wondering if you could relate to any of the different types that they discuss? As it may help shed some light on your issue?

I would definitely discuss this issue with your GP or Medical Specialist, just to get certain things ruled out of the equation. I want to wish you all the best of luck.
