I am so sorry to read that, and as lou60 says, that is the nature of Fibro unfortunately. It is easy to say pace yourself but it reality it is difficult to know exactly how that works? And what it is okay to do and not what to do? I sincerely hope that you are okay when it is time to go back to work? I want to wish you all the best of luck.
