Hi all

My name is Mike I am 45 years old and have Fibro, does anyone know of any Fibro groups in or around Exeter Devon.

I am having problems as we all are with the normal issues that as a group all Fibro sufferers have not just the pain but also the issues that areas a direct result of the pain.

Any help would be very welcome.

Thanks

Mike Wright

Hello Mike. I am sorry. I have just tried to take a look on our website for you and it seems to be down at the moment. I will try again tomorrow if no one else has come up with an answer.

Hugs sue

Hi mike,

There was a support group at the RD&E about six years ago backed by Richard Haigh, the rheumatologist, and Mary Ivens from the Pain Management Team.

Sadly it didn't last long and to my mind it would be a very good idea if another group could be formed. I live on the east side of Honiton so going to Exeter isn't great, especially in the winter months.

I'm sorry not to be of more help to you, but sending you positive vibes :-)

Foggy x

Hi mikew

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I have pasted you a link below to the Fibromyalgia Support Directory (specifically the South West):
