Lovely day had. Thanks. Needed a rest after being run ragged by Fred and her partner in crime. Was totalled by 9.30. Thanked my luck that Only work until lunch. its amazing how much energy you seem to have at 3.

Was trying to get a tune for you but cannot get it to work

'That's life' was the tune in my head and it won't go away so it must be rather poignant to my life at present

I've been a puppet, a pauper, a pirate, a poet, a pawn and a king

I've been up and down and over and out and I know one thing

Each time I find myself flat on my face

I pick myself up and get back in the race

Not my fave tune as that would be difficult to choose from so many and I kinda like 'The Ratpack' more

When I saw it I immediately thought of this forum.

I feel its the only place I can fetch up and tell it how it is sometimes.

And know that we are all willing each other all the best.
