Hey guys im new to the group, im 29 was diagnosed 2 years ago and have increased in pain over that time, im on tramadol omprezole and amitripyline, I work full time and im constantly tired and achy, but grateful everyday that im still able to keep going.
Anyone know of any natural herbs or spices or something similar that help with their condition or even parts of their condition. I use tumeric and himilayian pink salt, trying to not rely on medication as much until I really need to.
ive attached a photo for a pain scale I got from another group ive always found really helpful, thought some of you might as well.

I have quite a few food allergies and so I am very careful what I consume (as long as I get plenty!). I have found that ginger is very good for digestion and turmeric is good for colds and viruses. But that is about all, sorry!
I just wanted to say welcome to the forum, and also Thanks for the pain scale info. I'm very impressed that you are managing to work full time - I hope you have supportive friends and family around you.
