yesterday as I sais I had my esa tribunal but I remember something else the judge said.He said the reason why I had not had a face to face medical was because 'the department' decided that due to my mental condition it would not be fair. This is utter rubbish. He well knows the reason why 70000 or so were move from ib to esa without medical was to save the department money. How many more LIES are these people going to come out with.I f this was the case why did the atos nurse say the mental condition is unlikely to affect health! these people think they can twist medical facts to suit themselves they are beneath contempt!

Hi scottpeirs1

I am so sorry to read that you have been treated in this way, and I genuinely hope that you can win your case. I can imagine that everything is going over and over in your mind, and that you wish you had of said 'this or that' etc.

I genuinely wish you all the best of luck, and please let us know what happens?

There is a clue in the fact it is called Mental Health it can cause more problems than medical conditions. It will not make them better in any way. It is all Wordplay!

I hope it goes well for you.

Hi Scott's please don't get me wrong its frustrating when you feel you need support group and to be honest im surprised if that was genuinely their reasons but id like to think its one of their finer considerations that was why I didn't have a interview . I had support group awarded to me and thank god I did but im physically unable to participate in any physical activity for any length of time so it would be near impossible to find a job that I could do anyhow and believe me its not a nice place to be in only hoping your well today and coping best you can do. x

I was put in the WRAG without a medical. Welfare Rights told me this is rare, but I knew others had had this done to them. I also appealed. A nurse at Atos had made the decision when there was no way she was trained in all my health complaints.
