this seems to be happening across a lot of the hu forums.

some people have found notifications in their junk mail folder!

if you click on hep on the green bar, then contact us, then email us - this will bring up a form to fill in and send.

I am so sorry to read that you are experiencing these difficulties and I genuinely hope that you can find the answers that you are looking for. As hamble99b says, there are a lot of members encountering this on across the HU forums.

The other day another member had such bad problems that I recommended that she opened another account as she had followed the help section and still nothing worked for her.

I hope that you can get your issue fixed quickly.

Hi, that happened to me last week if you go to help on the green bar go down to troubleshooting #4 and click on it , it will tell you what steps to take. if that does not work send a e-mail to tech. support. Because it was the weekend and I couldn't get to tech. support. So ken one of the members suggested I just open a new account under a new e-mail address. And it worked, then I got a e-mail from tech. support telling me to add [e-mail] to my address box. you might want to try this before you open a new account. Keep me posted
