Sorry it's been a while but i hope your all well, my pain has been hard to cope with...

i'm really not sure what has happened but i really am having problems walking down the stairs due the pain in my ankles knees and hips, maybe the weather is'nt helping as by the end of the day i cant find my ankles due to the swelling.. I seem to be having strange days where one min im resting and the next im cleaning the house from top to bottom, i know it's crazy but i cant stop myself, my acupuncture nurse has said that i've gone from low mood to manic and she needs to find a way of getting me to somewhere in the middle but lol it's my last session next week and i'm worse than ever... I must admit i've never seen my house and garden looking so lovely but it's not helping my health as im waking up with pain every nite..

Also good news is i've been given high rate mobility after i asked them to reassess it, and as you know i had my PIP on the 2/7 and last thursday i got a call from the DWP who wanted to confirm a few question about the assessment.. I explained all my health problems and then added that i did tell the doc who did my assessment that i had updated letters regarding my health but he said he did'nt need it as he had all the information he needed.. DWP said thats strange because he only had info from a year ago..Well he called me back on Friday and over turned the Atos doc's report and his put me on the high rate ESA and i dont need to do anything until next year.. I've asked for a copy of atos report as i was SCORED ZERO..

Maybe there has just been to much going on and my body is trying to be the old me..Being called disabled is hard to come to terms with..

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? That is wonderful news about your PIP, and I am absolutely delighted for you.

That sounds rather weird about your different phases of activity and energy levels? I hope that you can find a happy medium with this as it does sound like something really positive can come from this?

lol i came home from the acupuncture session with a needle in each ear a few weeks ago the idea was that it would help level my stress levels out, i can honestly say that i dont think this treatment is for me i will say that i had brilliant reception on my phone and tv...
