I have been awake since 1:30am as I fell asleep at 8:30pm last night and that's when I woke up

Just sorted a couple of posts and read through my twitter feeds, I have 2 accounts so they take some monitoring at times

Hi I made it before ten the sky is beautifully blue not a cloud in the sky ,the dogs and cat have been fed ,and I am sitting here with the one coffee I allow myself with only teaspoon of sugar I have in a day now ,I used to get through one big jar of coffee a week, my living room is half full of bags and boxes from Birmingham she made it back ,in one piece ,the father was lovely ,we think that the son is a compulsive fibber and the father takes no messing from him .so the day is looking good Murphy has decided he wants to play, abbi and I are meeting up with a friend at 12 for lunch a pre birthday treat from my friend for her . I made a blind yesterday to stop a nosey neighbour seeing to much ,I hope everybody has a lovely day .x chris

Morning all ,i`m just in time. GP visit this morning. Upped Ropinerole. Changed laxative so hopefully the heart burn will now settle and checked with him that all my bloods were normal. All OK .

I am now considering that food might be a good idea.

In mitigation m'lady I've been awake nearly all night with my stomach in knots. Anyway maybe a weak milkyish coffee would be restorative, that is if you haven't shut the kitchen door on me

Posting later this morning as off to met a friend for coffee. We had one cup of coffee, went pick up some forms and then went for a cold drink, carrot juice and then lunch. Lots of gentle gossip - we don't say anything nasty but great fun.

Ah it expected lots of post again today it's been great fun reading this daily post from everyone , but I expect everyone is out enjoying the beautiful weather. x

Hi, don't know about anyone else but I was awake from about 1.30 ish watching the thunder and lightening storm. It carried on (on and off) until about 6.30 when it was time for the kids to be up. They rather reluctantly went off in their school sports kits for sports day! But at least it has brightened up now. Really annoyed with myself - left the washing out overnight!

Anyway I plan on a lazy one today, stock up on spoons for tomorrow. Taking the grand children to a fun day at the Tottenham ground. Always fun but such an effort!
