Hi,

I do hope you recover from your over doing it.

Sometimes we have to over do it, and yes we do suffer afterwards, but hopefully your sister had a lovely time, and the smiles and memories will bring you some comfort whilst you rest. I know I often 'overdo' it, sometimes knowingly, sometimes by mistake! But the joy I hopefully have bought, does bring me comfort whilst I rest afterwards.
