WOW! I do not know about ruined I think it is a very beautiful looking Penguin, it will really stand out in the crowd?

He or she is beautiful, I was watching a film about penguins yesterday it was really good and then this popped up.Brilliant Foggy,
you must be another one that's wide awake at this time of the day, I don't think I'll bother going to bed now,I'll just do another jigsaw puzzle I've downloaded keeps me out of mischief,

Hi Pat, yes I'm a fully paid up member of the wide awake club, but sometimes I try not to use the iPad whilst in bed as I don't think it helps me sleep, so once I've come up with the pic of the day, I shut it down for the night. I'm sorry you too suffer so badly, but jigsaws are good but it does stimulate your brain which isn't great for helping sleep, but better that than just lying in pain.

Hi there you ...... it was a bad case of falling asleep whilst on the phone to a friend together with the normal get into bed and ping........ Wide awake and unable to get comfy.

Morning sian, well guess what ....... I'm actually feeling better than I have for a while, I think the good warm weather has helped and the flare decided to pack it's bags and go.
I so so hope you aren't feeling too bad, I wish you could just twitch your magic 'tash and make everything better for yourself.

Hello my friend, Glad that you are doing not to bad, good would of course be better The weather was exhaustingly hot so factor 50 for me. The cute one is getting to grips with our temporary accommodation and new neighbours, poor thing refused to eat or toilet the first two days 
but she is coming round and making friends with the great dane, well sort of hehe, he pops his head over the fence and she sniffs and backs off then runs up to him and away again
