No

we are all different and I think it depends on age as well .

When I was in my twenties to late thirties I thought I was indestructible then life changes and sometimes we have to revalidate the important things and learn we need to put ourselves first .

Without good health we can run into problems no one else is going to do it for us so I put MYSELF first.

And avoid the things I know make me worse

Is your pain under control? If not, ask for a referral to the pain clinic. Something else could be responsible for your back pain, you may need an MRI. Although it can be one of our symptoms. I would suggest you do lots of research on fibro. You have a long road ahead xx

Hello and welcome to our friendly forum where you can get support and understanding. Our mother site fmak.org has a wealth of information about fibro including guides and links and it well worth a look.

Do you know what triggers your back problems? Do you feel it is in your spine or do you think it could be muscle spasms? Either way I suggest seeing your GP and perhaps asking for a pyhsiotherapist to help with posture and exercises.

The NHS site nhs.uk/Conditions/Fibromyal...

is also helpful for information.

Hope to see you joining in around the forum.
