Thank you for your kinds words, I am not too bad thank you. I have had some tests done (blood and urine) as I have been getting a little confused? My GP says it is not dementia but I do have a problem. She believes it is related to all of my medications so she is trying to pinpoint which one or more?

How are you my friend? Well I hope?

Oh golly Ken, I hope it's just the side effects of meds, I know I felt like was on planet Zorg for about a year after some of my meds were changed, but also the fibro fog doesn't actually help to clarify the picture does it?

My back has sprung another nice surprise on me on top of a migraine yesterday, so have been unable to move most of the day which I suppose is why I'm in the wide awake club.

I'm finding it hard at the moment as I have a good friend who has got Multiple Systems Atrophy and she has suddenly gone downhill very quickly. As there is no known cure, one can only hope that the end is swift and not drawn out. Having already lost another friend to Motor Neurone it's a path I know well and I just hate it that they know and understand what's happening to them and yet can't express it, I can't think of anything worse and it makes me put my problems into perspective, as in what I have to cope with is nothing compared to some people.

I nearly wet myself laughing at your comment! I am so relieved that I do not have dementia as it is a terrible thing for anyone to go through. However, my wife says I am most certainly demented!
