Hi certain drugs can do this to me or sometimes if I have been overdoing things and have exhausted myself, I have had my heart checked out and apart from high blood pressure which is being treeated with tablets I just have the slightest heart murmer so I know in my case it is nothing to worry about. . If you have got yourself worked up about something that can also make you over breathe and that can make you feel sick and giddy. Have a lie down and take some slow, deep breaths and try and relax your body and mind. Do you have any pain associated with this feeling if so I think you should have it checked out. Let us know how you are when you have given yourself chance to restx

Hi csav73

I am so sorry to read that you are having this unpleasant experience, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this issue.

I would definitely discuss this with your GP, as to ascertain what it is, and to help rule anything out that may be giving you concern.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi, I feel exactly the same at times and I can't do anything but find the sofa or bed and crash out until it passes, at times I just need a couple of hours sleep or sleep thought until the next day. I feel all pins and needles and very bad nausea, but it's always best to speak to your doctor. Hope this has helped you, it's awful for me to say yeah !! Because someone else had so I'm not going crackers, much love to you xxxx

I also experience this feeling chuck! I also have T2 diabetes and can often mistake it for a hypo - low blood sugar. I think it's definitely something to do with fibro. I've also had my heart checked and it's OK.

And you're right. All fibromites here are so, so helpful. It's the first place I go if anything is worrying me or I want some help and advice....even if I just want a rant!! XXX
