Feeling so adjatated.. Can't stay still ..left arm don't want to rest...feeling a little numb and feels like it wants to go dancing .

Well I'm currently back with my fibro family.. Ah much anxiety yesterday and a cancelled doc appointment today I went to the

hospital..had a venous Doppler test and it was negative...all the veins are good..that's great news but tonight I have a massive headache as we speak an arm that wants to do its own thing very sore arm muscle in left side of forearm..ohwell just another fibro friendly evening...I'm wishing all the best to you all for a safe and healthy happy weekend .

I was out for an hour with friends for dinner and had to leave the pain is so unbearable... Its just another day I have a massive migraine and the myofacial pain due to tmj is acting up time to put my PJs on and crawl into bed I'm going to try the soap in the bed idea can't wait to see if that works ..well the muscles care still tight in the left upper arm like the same as I had in my leg all this week its eased up in my leg and now I believe its found a new place to hide even the building is the same in the muscle only difference is you get a headache with this one..well off to rest I go .thanks for all your support and who knows you'll probably see me hear in an hour again if the Rls kicks in and keeps me awake.

Thanks ken..me too my face is tight due to tmj muscle pain and has created a massive headache..the last two days...but here's hoping I'll feel better tomorrow..you feel the best you can be today too.Thanks ken have a great day.

the muscles in my upper left arm have been trembling, shaking and jumping randomly over the past week.

the upper arm is very swollen, but it's happened before, it'll be back to "normal" soon.

it's always advisable to check out any new symptoms with your gp.

I thank you for your response..oh my there go the ears just a little something to add to the mix ..I had a headache for two days now and then comes the arm pain together plus the back of my neck feels like its about to detach from my shoulders... I sure hope tomorrow will be a happier day for not only me but for all us suffering.

Hi Sweetdreams1234 I am not sure if it is the same but I have restless leg syndrome but this also happens in the arms. It is quite unnerving (no pun intended) and just as frustrating as the legs. Good Luck :o)
