Hi kazzyj

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I want to wish you all the best with your Fibro group and I hope that everybody involved benefits greatly.

I would also just like a add a quick word of caution to anybody meeting up with people off the internet that you do not know. Please put safety first! Always tell a loved one where you will be or take them with you. Never deviate from where you have told somebody you will be. Do not allow yourself to be distracted and take any unnecessary risks.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

hi Ken,

I agree wholeheartedly about personal safety. The meetings will be held at my home initially, as I know it will take a while for people to find me.I am sending out fliers to local GP's asking them to inform people with FM of the group. I have had this for 6 horrible years, and I know how isolating this illness is.

Thank you for your support :)

GP fliers? I think that is great. I genuinely hope that you can build a wonderful, caring, sharing group!

Take care
