Haha I'm glad it's not just me then!! X

Yes I am. I bump into things, drop things trip over my own feet and am becoming quite good at knife throwing. Several times I have had a knife slip from my grasp and go spinning across the kitchen, once I just missed the dog as she walked in

Hi Sammy, my friends always think I'm a disaster waiting to happen :o :o Seriously thought yes, I am clumsy in some ways, part of the problem is that I have essential tremor which has got worse over the last few years. I used to be able to do very fine work without a problem, now I don't stand a chance. I bump into things for a pastime and bruise like crazy, I'm never sure whether it's to do with getting slightly older, (I'm sure I wasn't like this in my 30's :o )or to do with Fibro, it will be interesting to hear what others say !

Yes, I am clumsy. Sometimes my hands go in the wrong directions even when I am loking at what I want to pick up or put down. The kids say I need a bib when I'm eating as I always drop some down me! Hugs, Julie xxx

Haha Julie, you sound just like me!

It's not so bad at my house though as my boyfriend always has food on his chin (and there's nothing wrong with him!)

Hi sammyj1985

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I am another butter fingers, I am afraid to say! I really think it is par of the course with Fibro? If it is not the Fibro it is medication that throws us out of sorts.

However, if your problems persists or gets worse you really should discuss the issue with your GP.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Ken

Hiya Ken

I'm not too bad thanks, I have to see my GP today anyway (as I now also have high BP!)

I need to mention my latest accident too as i think I've done something to my back, the pain is excruciating and my back is burning!!

It's one thing after another lately!

I swear there's that much wrong that I feel people will think I'm making it up!!

I hope you are well?

Thank You for your kind reply

Love

Hi sammyj1985

I am so sorry to read that you are in the wars at the moment, I can imagine that you do not feel too good with your high BP, as my wife has high BP along with her MS and her BP makes her feel awful at times.

Just want to wish you good luck at the doctors, as this can be a trial in itself?

Take care

I'm not clumsy..it's just the doors, furniture, stairs etc. all hate me :P - the more flared up I am, the worse the clumsiness.

Ah, now there's a theory about inanimate objects and the way they interact with humans.

I remember a conversation with a tree. It said, " I normally LOOM at people but one day it was so sad, I just had to leap out and hit the car". :P :P

I often walk into things but that's because I struggle to walk in a straight line! I have perfected the art of dropping things especially if they are breakable not seem to drop plastic lol x

I love that Bob Newhart (OMG showing my age again) line from the Driving Lesson.

No Mrs Smith, it's my fault entirely. I should have waited til we actually reached the turn before saying "Go left" I'm sure we can get out of this canal.

I'm very clumsy, I walk into door frames, coffee tables, if I bend down I lose my balance, if I look up I can fall over backwards!

Once I was up in the middle of the night, heard a scuffle outside the back door and went to investigate, thinking one of my cats, who are very elderly, was in trouble. Didn't find anything when I went out, but as I turned to come back, I somehow fell bum first into a large plastic flower pot, 4.30 in the morning, in the middle of winter, and I couldn't extricate myself for about half an hour! I called out, but no-one heard, and all I could think of was the possibility of me earning myself a Darwin award!

Oh Jan, I'm terribly sorry but I did giggle - but it can't have been nice stuck there, I'd imagine it was quite scary too.

Lucyhobbit, don't be sorry, it was scary then, and bally cold...but I can laugh about it now! :-)
