I have just seen your follow on response and I want to offer you my commiserations on your loss. However, I believe that you can apply again from what I have been reading?

Please try and work out from your letters exactly where you fell down on your application and try to reshape your application so it does not happen again. It may be worth using the CAB or Disability Direct to help you with your claim.

I have never undergone anything of this nature, however, since you have had the tribunal I would have thought it was a waiting game now.
