Hi Nala2312

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? You can apply for PIP whenever you like. I have pasted a link below to the Gov.uk website for the 'how to claim' section.

gov.uk/pip/how-to-claim

If you have any problems with filling in the forms, you could either ask on here, or try your local CAB or disability direct, as these forms are quite lengthy.

Good luck with this if you decide to go for it now.

All my hopes and dreams for you

I replied for DLA, as it was then, just over a year ago and it was refused outright. I appealed, had a visit from an independent doctor and am now awaiting a tribunal date. I applied for high level mobility and low level care but it is50/50 that I will get either. I can only walk a few yards due to extreme pain caused by small fibre neuropathy and fibromyalgia. I used CAB in Scotland to assist me and after encountering an adviser who was useless and rude I now have a fantastic advocate from CAB who is helping me all the way. Good luck with everything, it certainly isn't easy. xx

Yes just got a letter telling me about PIP , that even if we are on DLA for life , its no guarantee we will be on this , isn't it disgusting , cowards go for the weakest , because they know they can win without much of a fight .
