Hi Maisie , just wanted to say good luck with your visit to you doctor. Is there any chance he might be able to refer you to a pain management team. They often have good ideas to help you manage your pain in conjunction with the meds, just a thought.

I hope that you are not having too much pain? Do you have a referral to a Rheumatology or pain clinic? I can't remember? Fibro fog today!
