Bad Flare and Chest Spasms

Hi all, hope you are ok and having a relatively pain free day.

I was out all day last friday with some friends. We did some therapy shopping. Have done this for a while and it really lifted my spirits and had a general catch up. I thought I was ok and managed it well. On Saturday night, we went to a family birthday event up in the midlands and the car journey was about 1-2 hours travelling time. I noticed on Saturday evening that my lower back was starting to give me some jip. Sunday my Sciatica came back (excuse the pun) with a vengeance and then the pain started all over by monday morning. I really feel like c....p today and was quite teary this morning; which is unusual for me. I have been fine for a while now with the pain and it has lulled me into a false sense of security; silly me. But boy has it hit me hard. This fibro really does creep up on you and lets you know that it's still there whatever you do. Guess I overdone it and did not realise. Feeling a little bit sorry for myself today lol....but plodding on and we do. I have got some chest spasms which are worrying me a little and they really catch my breath. Anyone else had this at all, would appreciate any advise. So, apologies for not being on here much over the last few days.

I wish you all a good day and gentle (((hugs))) to all.

HelloTannels sorry you are suffering, fibro is so unforgiving if you over do it. it always makes you pay for it, The chest pains could be fibo related but then again they may not I suggest getting it checked out by a doctor , just in case it is more serious hugs sue xxx

Hi Tannels

I am so sorry to read that you are suffering in this way, and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to your issues.

I think with any new pain, especially if it is in the chest area, you should always discuss the issue with your GP; even if its just to put your mind as ease. I want to wish you all the best and hopefully you will get back to your usual self.

All my hopes and dreams for you
