I tried a new patch called actipatch there are three available. One for muscle and joint pain, back pain and knee pain. So far this is improving my pain a bit. It's worth a try. It's 19.99 and I got mine from boots. It lasts for 720 hours. Been suffering from chronic pain for years.

Hi deedz

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? Thank you very much for your interesting and useful post, it may well help many members.

I always think however, especially when undertaking the use of a new medication, that we should speak to our GP's first, as you never know what side-effects we could have, or drug interactions to our other medications.

I sincerely hope that you have had no problems at all?

Take care my friend

Ken
