Not great Sian, still awake at 4am and everyone up at 5am and my bedroom is downtairs next to the kitchen, I don't sleep good anyways but I can usually rely on two hours, my sleep has gotten worse since Ben been gone, i dont like sleeping on ground floor but he was always there, but this one is going to b a briliant protector, but he follows Sue around and always sleeps upstairs,and i guess im not happy that there isnt a dog for protection down stairs especialy since we had burglers walk past the back door with the bikes theystole from the garage 18 months ago,....I have twisted my back trying to get Dexter the puppy off garden where I'd painstakingly got it to almost how we want it last year, He's a big puppy lol, really too much for me the way i am But hey ho he's lovely, how are you Sian...((((((( Sian )))))) ...does anyone in this forum belong to Facebook do you know??? Bless you {{{Dee}} I woke up just before 4 this morning after 4 hours sleep 
which is unusual but it got to 10:30 and couldn't keep my eyes open.
I understand the security issue especially being on the ground floor as I am as well we live in a ground floor flat. Maybe Dexter with learn that Nana would like him to protect her through the night, a little coaxing perhaps!! or is that not allowed?
I am such a bad influence aren't I really, naughty me!! slapping hand now 
I'm same old same old just smiling more which is good I enjoy the fun and giggles they're a good distraction
I don't know about face book Dee maybe peeps will reply to you
