Exhausted
Hi cloflow
I completely understand what you mean, I've been managing some med included sleep, but still feel completely wiped out. I think this is part of the lovely side of fibro and no matter how maddening it is, we have to try and cope with it, sleep is good for the body, even if we feel like we haven't had it.........that is what I've been told and I hold on to that to cope with the fatigue.
I hope things start to improve for you very soon and I'm sending positive vibes your way

ps. Love your avatar
Hi,
It comes in great waves the Exhaustion. Some days I cannot even old my head up. I get up and find that all I can do is return to bed. hen it is like this there is nothing to do but place your had comfortably on said pillow get comfy wrap up warm and then try to drift off.
Two or three days and then with the aid of a little make up and vitamin B12 manage to get myself going.
It happens to most of us just Take care of yourself relax it will soon pass.
Take care of your self

Hi cloflow
I am so sorry to read that you are feeling this way at the moment. From my own personal experience it feels like this from time to time. It almost feels like a great wave of exhaustion overlaps me and the only thing that I can do is sleep.
I sincerely hope that you start to pick up soon.
Take care

Thank u all!! Been sent for more blood tests and increased medication!! In need of a boost!! Xx
Im with you on this , im soo exhausted it comes in waves also and I have no control at all . Its horrible x big hugs x
I know how you feel. I sleep 12 hours a day and will still nod off when up. Both my pharmacist and Counsellor tell me one's body knows how much sleep it needs. But it ruins one's ability to have a life outside one's home. Is there medication to alleviate this excessive sleeping?
I am overwhelmingly tired these days I get like that from time to time and rarely get a little burst of energy for a day or two.
Take all the rest you need when you can. I am just up from a nap and am already looking forward to tomorrow when I don't have to go out and can stay in bed late!
