Albeit very soggily :o

I was treated to lunch at a friends today and this was one one of the banks in her garden, always smothered in snowdrops, looking just wonderful in the sunshine :-)

The roundabout near us is in full bloom with daffodils. They seem to have flowered almost overnight as we have had a brief respite from the rain and replaced it with a little warmish sun. Do hope the expected winds don't knock them over, they make you smile just to see them. :)

I love daffs ,they are my favorite flower, I cant grow them in our garden it`s too boggy even in a normal winter :(

i live opposite a lovely old Victorian park and looking out the window near the band stand its looking sunny earlier and yes spring could be here, but as me aul nanna used to say, " Never cast a clout, till may is out " which means when the Hawthorne bush shows her flowers is summer here.

Really beautiful, just looks like spring has arrived. I sincerely hope that you enjoyed your lunch and spent the day in wonderful, warm and witty company?

Take care my friend

How lovely Foggy! No idea if we have snowdrops here - it's too dark to see even midday. Mind you I'm not complaining at the amount of cloud and rain we're having as so much worse the other side of the country. MY heart goes out to everyone there x
