Bbbbrrrrrrr oh my word, what a night, it's still chucking it down, the fields are flowing like rivers, and the river has burst it's bank yet again, flashing blue lights I see from my bedroom window indicate that the village pub is flooded out yet again. The honeysuckle which I had friends help to attach back to it's wire is now back on the ground. The noise of the wind and rain during the night was incredible, no wonder I hardly slept and feel like my eyes are out on stalks......hey ho

I think there must be many many people far worse off as the region as been hit really hard, my thoughts go out to those who have been flooded out of the their homes .

I just cant imagine how awful it must be to have your house flooded. I am keeping an eye on Cornwall both hubby and I have family there. Most are inland but 2 families are just out side of Looe. Fingers crossed for every one

Foggy, We're getting more warnings up in the Itchen Valley. Environment Agency phoned a colleague at 6.30 this morning to issue a warning. Ouch
