Hi Mazzer
I say YES, every point if you contact citizens advice and ask for some help they will go through it with you. I'm glad I did, it took forever but worth it for me. There's nothing to lose is there
Did you manage to find a Pain Clinic by the way?
xxxsianxxx
No didn't but going 2 cfs/me clinic n see physio n psychologist...so helping..hope you are feeling ok today..
Me I'm fair to middling today
........You too hunny am glad there's been some progress for you
There's a possibility that they may be able to help out with pain clinic info. I know, and remember the post that Emma posted the link for last week with respect to clinics in our neck of the woods. There does appear to be a few dotted about and with choose and book these days you can select which is better for you to attend
Have you looked into getting a reconsideration of your claim yet?
Sorry for being nosy by the way

What was the 6 points for?
Needing help to get out of bed.helpto get in and out of shower bath..only walking 50 yds without pain ..never even considered my arthritis ...or bladder probs.will definely appeal nothimng to lose...
You have to look at the way they ask the questions as they want you to say the wrong thing. The new guidelines state that it is 20 metres for the walking /mobility Even though Government building regulations state that disability parking cannot be more than 50 metres away from an entrance?
I have this link that shows how things are going. Liverpool council are taking the government to task.
Gentle hugs. Keep trying and also see if you can get help feeling the form in as that can help.
Gentle hugs

Hi there,I got turned down when I first applied and with the help of the CAB I now get high rate for care and mobility so it is Definately worth appealing for it.When I went to DIAL second time round they told me that they always turn you down first.Either CAB or DIAL can help you with the forms xxx
Always worth trying, especially as you are only 2 points out, citizens advice very helpful.
thanks will do waiting for the call from DWP to discuss why I was turned down and will ask for reconsideration Fingers crossed eh....
