xxx The chair has got puncture proof tyres for just in case I run over a poor oggy, which would devastate me of course!! but at least the tyres will be safe

I've been awake since 1.30 having got to sleep just before 1.00 so I feel and look even more like a zombie than normal

Its horrible, I understand that all too well. I've been fighting a strange sleep/no sleep pattern for ages now and all of a sudden there'll be a day when I wake up to eat and take meds that's it......... I will sleep for 3 hours wake up and then sleep for another 3 hours and so on for about 48 hrs

All I can suggest is that you rest up and relax. I know you find the techniques difficult but maybe having an hour or two felting to help distract your mind would be beneficial for you When stressful things are interfering with sleep etc its best to try and distract yourself as much as possible.

I also have a bit of excitement, but a great deal longer to wait, but I'm about to book a holiday in Kos for September and I'm going with my sister-in-law which will be great and they have the most fab spa facilities, almost more important than warmth and beaches, I'm not sure but we might end up with our own pool attached to the room, ooooooowwww

After all the traumas of the last year since my father's death it will do both of us good and it's not too long a flight, which suits me down to the ground. I had wanted to go to somewhere like the Maldives, but it didn't happen, so maybe that's for another time....... I feel I am a very very lucky bunny

Sorry forgot to tell you how I am LOL

I'm boinging with anticipation and excitement of the imminent arrival of my power chair (well 3-4 weeks) crikey I'll get lots of boings in during that time better not bust my spring LOL

Next thing on the list is a new bed
