Hehehe, I will never forget the day that neighbours' black lab came into our stable yard and our cat of the time Pippin jumped down, fronted up to the lab and slowly walked him backwards out of the yard and down the drive, at which point the lab decided to turn tail and run, we never saw him again. The lab had been coming from somewhere to pick on my mother's cairn terrier every day for a while, but dear Pippin put an end to it. :-)

Thank you Foggy. I missed you all but the depression had dragged me right down and I couldn't get myself going. Things seem to be improving again and I am so glad to be back.

Your pics always make me smile and a smile is so good for the spirits.

Awww, I'm so pleased things seem to be getting easier for you :-) I've just had to week from hell, not really to do with Fibro, except that the result of all the stress has given fibro a free rein to flare nicely.......deep joy !! :o

I'm glad the pics cheer you up, that's exactly what they are for. :-)

Hugs and positive vibes are coming to you my friend :-)

It was 6x 2 hour sessions, one a week in a small group of people. There was a different topic every week and you don't have to talk unless you want to.Handouts and info were given every week as well as some small tasks to try at home and some free books at the end.The topics were an intro and understanding of CBT,stress & lifestyle, anxiety & panic, low mood & depression, self esteem and I missed the last session so I will be doing the one I missed next month. It was quite a lot of info to take in but all the info is on the handouts.I found it very insightful, but was unable to practise any of the stuff learned I between as it was just before Xmas and I was too busy getting stuff ready for Xmas.I plan to read through and pick out the bits I want to try at my own pace.Hope this helps xxx
