how long does it take for EMG results back?

hi everyone , hope you all had a lovely christmas, im asking if anyone knows approx how long it takes to get EMG results, i had a EMG 3 weeks ago , and just wondering how long it takes takes, maybe its late through holidays, hugs xxx

Hi there bellablot I've never had an EMG, but am expecting to have one after the 27th Jan as I have an appt with the neuro surgeon, but I would think it would possible take about three weeks at the most, why don't you contact your doctor to see if the results are in yet.....was it uncomfortable ...hope you have good results...hugs...Dee xx
