Hi,

unfortunately yes I get the burning tingling pain, sometimes all over my body at the same time (those are the fun days). the jerking happens on average twice a week. its is embarrassing and annoying but not too much of a problem for me. I haven't found anything that works to stop or even reduce the burning pain so I am afraid I cant offer any advice. if you find something that works please let me know. all the best.

Yes, yes, and yes!! I get burning in my arms, around the inner elbow area. In other places as well, between my shoulder blades in the middle of my back. And I have very restless legs!! XX

Me too, but I have lupus along with fibro so can never really tell if it's one or the other. But on a recent flare my elbows were burning and felt like trapped wind in my back/shoulder blades, still waiting to see rheumy after diagnosis in September, appointment was for this month but they cancelled till January!

You might want to look at the way you use the keyboard on your computer. It can play a huge part. I used to get this before i gad carpal tunnel surgery, the side of hand and wrist felt like they were on fire. Nothing would stop it until i came off the laptop. I got and iPad and one if those little pens things and its much improved now.

I only had carpal tunnel, surgery on one hand but change what i use to type on and with has made a huge difference.

I though my laptop was getting hot but it was my hands and wrists instead!! Xx
