How do you handle the cold weather. My fibro is worse in the cold months. Any suggestions?

easier to stay warm but very difficult if you get too cold.

Good idea what do you do wear a pair of extra bloomers?

My family laugh at me but I have a hat for snowy weather it is marvelous!

In my last office there was a lot of equipment which needed to be kept cool with air conditioning. I used to sit with a woolly hat and gloves on and a nice cosy cardi.

I have a new hat for this winter and waiting for the right time to embarrass the children - it's a fluffy "pillow pets" hippo!

My daughter bought me a air if heat thermal pants last year, they are just like leggings they are to be worn under trousers, quite a close fit, but they are brilliant, I wear when I go out plus a long sleeve type vest that suppose to hold. The heat in, and that's great too, indoors I wear my jimjams but have recently bought the fleeced type bottoms, boy are they cosy, and the booted type slippers and a soft fleecy type loose over top. Bet you are having a vivid imagination of what I look like, not a pretty site,LOL, but you know what, I really am not bothered lol, at least I may have given you a laugh...hugs to all...Dee xx
