Are you still getting paid from them at all?

Hi David,

To be honest this doesn't surprise me at all, ATOS are completely in a shambles over the processing of things. It may be worthwhile giving them a ring if you have a contact number, and just make them aware you are still waiting......do it sooner rather than later. I am constantly aware of how extraordinarily inefficient ATOS is and can't understand how they have been allowed to get away with causing such stress and heartache to so many people who really do not need such rubbish.

Take care, and I really hope you will ring them and that they, as a result process your claim very soon :-)

My appeal to be put in the support group was sent off in May. Even an e-mail from the job centre lady in September on my behalf has borne no fruit. I am still getting paid but that will end next year.

It is soooooo... frustrating!

My support worker says it's taking at least 4 months to receive any response to ESA50's and several people have been waiting longer.

I sent mine off 6 weeks ago, at least now I know I have a very long wait and can stop worrying until next year. They really are dreadful, if they were employed by the private sector they would have had the contract cancelled ages ago, but luckily for them (not us) the DWP is equally useless.

Hi David

A relative of mine sent his off in May and still not heard anything. As his is migration from IB and he's still getting his IB he isn't bothered. Some prefer to know, but some prefer to keep their head down if they're still getting paid which of course is the main thing.
