Hi everyone, I'm having a painful day today especially my legs and my right foot is so stiff I have had trouble walking today as it was so

Painful it goes all the way up my leg and into my hip but feels really hot. I have taken ibuprofen and paracetamol but they don't really do anything. Has anyone got any suggestion

Hi Just check the colour and make sure it is not red I think your pain killers are a good idea. r foot elevated and if you have an ice pack I think that might be a good idea,

Hi, I had that happen to me and it was sciatica, I was prescribed anti inflammatory and rest and it did after a week or so but as everyone says contact your gp

I'm having a really bad flare up can hardly walk I'm on 15mg pain patches paracetamol naproxen baclofen but as pass few days nothin' is working could cry with the pain so I no how your feeling xox
