Valerian Root Tea !?

Newly diagnosed and now know lack of sleep is part of this condition... Up to recently I thought I must have some kinda weird sleeping pattern as GPs again, offered no help

Any yesterday I tried Valerian Root tea 1 hr before bedtime and guess what ..... It made no difference.

Anyone else tried it ? Does it work for you ?

Or can anyone recommend anything else natural that may help with sleep and night leg spasms ?

Sorry ... Maybe it takes time to kick in .. Cause I'm still tired now lol
