Has any one else had to go for a ESA medical with out filling in any forms ?

Hi there I don't know about that process but what you can do is phone them and ask them why cause you don't understand, sorry but that's all I can think of for now hope it helps

Could I ask if you have been in long term receipt of Incapacity Benefit ? I've never heard of someone being asked to go without a form, but stand to be correct by those who know more than I do. The Incapacity benefit may be a factor but somehow I doubt it. Do let us know please

Iam on long term incapacity benefit and income support and I got sent a letter and form to fill out so don't know why you are being sent for medical without filling out a form first,you must phone them and ask why x

I phoned them and they said they are so far behind in my area that this appointment is to do with the form I filled in last November
