No wonder you are fed up I would be too at least I get down stairs and up again at night.
I hope the site keeps you smiling.

Hi Donna,
Sorry to hear you're having such a rubbish time. I spend most of my time in the lounge and it does drive me completely nuts at times. Do you have things to occupy part of the day? I know it's not like having a life particularly, but I'm in a routine of watching a bit of TV, listening to music if I can't concentrate on the TV and using my iPad to check email, go on the Internet and, of course, visiting and posting 'funnies' on the FibroAction site.
It doesn't stop the pain and other uncomfortable and awful symptoms we have, but it gets me through the day. The days I feel really down, I'll either email a friend to get all the negative thoughts out of my head (with a note to say, no need to reply, I just need to get this out) or if I'm up to it, see if I can call someone just to distract myself from feeling down.
I realise my strategies won't work for everyone, but I hope it helps to see that possible ways to get through the day. Gins is right too. Maybe see the dr if you are getting out of breath so quickly.

I have severe ibs and lack of bladder control so that's why I stay in my room I i can't even go out , good job fir games on my I pad lol n tbh my doctors an asehole xx
That's not good re your doctor, though from this site it seems too many people have rubbish doctors. I'm lucky I have a good one.
I see why you have to stay in your room and certainly appreciate the problems of IBS and irritable bladder. No wonder you're fed up. I hope some of the humerous posts on here give you a laugh.
I'm glad you have an iPad - a bit of a lifeline for sure!

Hi there
Have you had any investigations of your bladder?
I went through this earlier this year because I was so sick and tired of constantly needing to pee.
If I went out somewhere the first thing I had to do was find out where the toilets were.
When I had a social life people, even strangers were commenting about the amount of times I went for a pee. It was so embarrassing.
My GP referred me to the Urology Clinic, and in June I saw one of the consultants at the hospital.
He decided to put me on some medication to help with the constant urge to pee and it works a treat.
I now only go a couple of times per day (and in the night!) instead of going pretty much every hour or sometimes more, but still feeling the need to wee when I got off the toilet.
It took a few appointments to get there, but I did in the end.
Is this something your GP would be prepared to help you with?
If not, change your doctor or surgery. Easier said than done I know. But sometimes we have to keep nagging our GP's to help us.
I hope this may help in some small way.
Hugs
