I'm so depressed and demotivated right now. It was the anniversary of my late ex husbands death recently and I cant stand watching our children trying not to upset me and vice versa.

We had been together for 28 years before we divorced.

My whole body is in agony and I just want to crawl into a hole and stay there.

You have a superb skill.

Thank you so much Morwenna. I'm sure everyone is sick of my never ending story, but I've been through so much loss, emotionally and financially over the last 3 years. It's especially hard when you don't have a partner to help you with the huge decision making that I've had to make.

My poor children were 9 & 13 when their daddy died. That was 3 years ago.

I'm struggling financially, living in over crowded accommodation and the agony that is Fibro

Your poem summed up my life as it is at the moment. And I do want to give up. But I can't because I have my children to take care of.

Thank you Foggy. I do sometimes feel as though I'm jumping on everyone's band wagon (is that the expression!) but I have about 25 Fibro symptoms which have gone through the roof with all the stress I currently have. I have no family ~ so I look upon all of my lovely Fibro friends on here, as my family xxx
