Been here one week now and only have 1 week left it's really hot here hottest it has been is 41'c.
I'm finding the heat good as I haven't had much pain at all only when I'm in bed as its rock hard.
Only problem I am having is water retention on my feet, which is bothering me a little as its making it uncomfortable on my scares on my right foot. Any ideas how to sort it out?? Please
I have a good size room with a tiny bath, I have found it a little difficult to get out as there isn't much room, but finally managed to work something out. Anyway best b off going for a bath.

So glad your holiday is going well have you tried bundling something under your lower legs to lift them a little? have to be something comfortable though if not poss in bed, what about during the day when you're basking in the sun... draining your feet and legs on and off during the day and/or night helps a lot - staying in that position too long not good either so little and often, just as it is when coping with any fibro symptom
take care and hope you really enjoy your second week Frangixx
Glad you are basking in the warmth sound marvelous, take care in the bath Try raising the end of the bed so when you sleep your legs are elevated. You dont want to worry about diuretics on holiday I suspect all will return to normal when you get home!
