Hi I have been receiving esa for 2 years now I have fibro and lots of other issues :-( Last month I was involved in a car accident it wasn't my fault and I had some minor injuries ! I have been prompted to make a small claim does any one know if compensation will affect my esa

Hi there I think that anything more than 5000 in your savings will effect your benefits but im sure that will come under unearned income so will probably effect all benefits. Best check out citizens advice to be sure.
