I have to say mine is smaller but EXACTLY the same shape... I am afraid I just put mine down to middle aged spread ... Mine does get bigger and hard when I give in and eat the nice things that set my IBS off but other than that it looks like I don't want to offend but I suspect it looks just like a few of us on here

thought only men had middle aged spread.no offence to anyone.mine is also very lumpy which I have had no explanation for.i am not entirely convinced it Is not a cyst.

thanks for your responses.im not being rude or anything but mine ,like it is , is the reason for my weight gain.i have as said actually lost weight everywhere else.i know I don't have IBS.what advice can you give about diet.i don't eat cakes,biscuits,snacks or puddings and very little fried food and only a small meal so weight gain is not from overeating or lack of exercise as I walk my dogs fro up to five miles(hour and half-2 hours) in the mornings,do you suffer IBS gins?i had a normal stomach up til about 2 years ago.my dr didn't discover the gallstones!!would they ever ahve?

Lots of people have gall-stones which remain undiscovered until one of then gets jammed in the bile ducts causing intense pain. Many people have them for years and don't have any trouble - they only need removing if they cause symptoms

When I was doing ultrasound scans on pregnant women, I occasionally noticed gallstones if I checked around the area of the gall-bladder.

I never said anything so long as they were symptom free, because they didn't need a worry on top of their pregnancy, and most of them would not have any problems for many years, if ever.
