Hello emjane4465, I read your message what do you mean by heavy? I'm always tired no matter how much sleep I have! Love Aisha x
Yes -it's a strange feeling. I'm not the most energetic person at any time, but I don't often get the crushing exhaustion so characteristic of fibro.
When I do, however, it always starts with a feeling of terrific heaviness - I have great difficulty in lifting my arms and legs - or indeed moving at all, and I just have to lie down.
I'm glad I don't suffer this all the time - don't know how I'd cope!
Moffy x
yes , I do , I have to go to bed when this happens x
I feel like I could sleep all day but when am at work I just feel like a lead weight. This week it really has taken determination to get up.

Yes! I don't suffer the constant exhausting (I need to be in bed) tiredness with Fibro, I suffer more pain and some tiredness, but every so often I get the BAD type of tiredness. I have it at the moment for the past few days. Just before it comes my arms and legs feel really tired and heavy, it's nearly impossible to walk upstairs or reach up with my arms they feel so heavy and it's different to the usual pain/soreness in my arms and legs. After the .exhausting /debilitating tiredness goes my limbs don't feel as heavy.
yes, me too. I can only say it feels like my legs are clockwork and they`re running down. It`s a weird feeling and bed is the only answer for me
Yes my body feels like lead when I am particularly fatigued, its a very weird feeling as Moffy says xxx
