its my birthday today, got some lovely cards, and gifts, day started well, then had a minor i,b,s attack, hope am going to be ok for tonight as we going out for dinner, fibro been bad lately, keep getting night sweats, god am i starting menopause,lol, oh the joys of geting older, lol, speak soon,

The menopause is indeed joyful - my heating bills went down considerably!

IBS is a bit of a pig, but there are ways round it with planning.
