Morning everyone, I have been having restless leg syndrome for years now, but also am getting burning feet. recently I noticed that my feet are getting very cold as well. I started getting this sensation that from my ankles down in both feet it feels like ice running through my veins. then when I go to bed my feet are boiling, like they have been scalded. I also noticed yesterday that they looked bright red. Does anyone else get this, and is it a Fibro symptom, as a bit confused as to what is Fibro sometimes and what is my other illness, PMR.

I always have hot feet, and they burn like fury sometimes.
This is probably fibro, but because there is a possibility of circulatory problems with PMR, it might be best if you had a word with your GP.
Fibro produces so many weird and wonderful symptoms, but it's unwise to blame everything on it until you're sure nothing else is wrong.
Several people have said that soothing foot lotions help them with this problem, and keeping your legs elevated as much as possible when you're sitting is a very good idea.
I have pasted a link below which tells you all about PMR - I hope this is helpful.
Thank you for your reply Ladymoth. I have had PMR for 6 years now, but although I had symptoms of fibro for a long time I only was diagnosed last year. I thought all the burning pains were fibro, but it is the ice cold feet that is a new symptom. I will take your advice and check it out with my doctor.
