This happens to me quite a lot so If their cold I steep them in a basin of warm water then put snuggle socks on.

If their hot I steep them in coolwater.

Hope this helps fibro10 xxxxx

If you get your feet warm they will probably be too hot, happens within minutes of getting into bed with ice cold feet :O they overheat

Never a dull moment with fibro :-)

Hi

I have permanently cold feet. I wear bed socks to get them warm or a trustee hot water bottle.

xx

Hi, my feet are always quite cold in the winter so I have a wheat bag for my feet in bed and wear fluffy slipper boots during the day. Hugs

I have a nice electric heating pad plugged in nest to my bed all the time. If I am too tired to get up just flip the switch, choose low or med setting and really helps... It automatically shuts off after 90 min. about £25 on Amazon... Well worth a it as I am often too exhausted to put wheat bag in microwave and wait or fill hot water bottle.

Good for muscle pain too, except I sometimes find it hard to choose which of all the painful spots to put it on.

Yes the heated pad suggested by budgiefriend is a good idea I had one for my back from Lidl but it does just as well for feet. Even in summer I take a hottie tot up with me and chuck it out if it is not needed. Isn;t it strange how hot we can be elsewhere but the hands and feet can be like ice. The rest of me is as warm as toast at the moment but you could chill beer with my hands.x
