Laryngitis

I have just got back from docs who said I have laryngitis, been ill all weekend feeling really ill today , with this and the fibro flare up, sore neck and feet needing some TLC.

I haven't, but I'm very good at spoiling myself.

You need some hot lemon and honey by the sound of it, then feet up for the rest of the day. Try a hot water bottle and a fluffy blanket, seeing that the weather is so unseasonal, and settle down with some good books or your favourite TV.

I am on my own. Just my budgie( dude) I am drinking lucozade at the moment as my throat is to sore for anything hot, got my feet up watching Frazier though.
