Universal Credit - Telegraph on Line

Has anyone got the article from Telegraph about Universal Credit being confusing? Each time I try to access this particular article I get - 'Sorry. We cannot find your page'

Any help - even a summary would do - would be greatly appreciated.

Rofl so ironic as you have to apply for universal credit online..... I haven't. Managed to find anything informative just a small quote saying as its only available to claim online its doomed to fail as it will crash the computer system which isn't designed for such demand

I had the same result, but if you go to the Daily Telegraph main website, you can contact them to ask for back articles which are not on the website if present.
