Clomid and periods

HelloI was told I wasn't ovulating and was given 4 months worth of Clomid to help.

After taking the medication with no luck between June and September I then went on to have the most horrendous 3 months of none stop heavy bleeding and clots. I was prescribed Norethisterone and Tranexamic acid to stop the bleeding. I last bled on 3rd January and haven't bled again since, so nearly 7 weeks. I have taken pregnancy tests for the last couple of weeks and they are negative.

Anyone had a similar experience and how do I get my periods back?
