Recurrent implantation failure

hi, after 4 failed FETs including one pgta euploid 5AA embryo I’ve been diagnosed with recurrent implantation failure. The plan for the next FET is to include innohep, low dose aspirin and low dose steroid. Has anyone tried this? And what were the results? I’m age 40 and have 2 euploid embryos left.

This is a very stressful time for you and hope you have people around you for support Take a look at our website fertilitynetworkuk.org Access Support to find a Regional Support Group near or closed Facebook Group [ in UK Wide Support Group ] " 40 and over fertility group " Have you discussed your concerns with your clinic ? May suggest a look inside your womb [ hysteroscopy ] or an endometrial scratch

Take care

We only had two euploids out of eight embryos tested (I was 43 at time of collections).Transferred our better quality embryo on a modified cycle and resulted in BFN- I was gutted given it was euploid.

My Clinic suggested trying everything for our last embryo so I had a hysteroscopy and ERA testing all with normal results.

My last embryo was transfered with fematab, innohep, steroid, Aspirin, progesterone (injections and suppositories) and embryo glue. I never expected it to work but am now 17 weeks with identical twins (I think they must have used superglue) and the babies are fine so far.

I would have preferred less meds for the transfer but I also had to trust the clinic and it's in their interests for it to work out for you, so don't let the meds put you off.

If they had suggested other meds I probably would have taken them too!!

Good luck with whatever you decide to do, none of it is easy.

Have you done the era to rule out low nk cells in endometrium which can prevent implantation?
