4 weeks 5 days pregnant

hi, your question may be better placed in the forum for after you have your bfp:
hi, I’m sorry it’s such an anxious time, I remember it well. I didn’t have any symptoms with either of mind until about 7 weeks. The wait is the worst part, keep going, you’re doing brilliantly, just got to hang in there and the scan day will soon be here. Good luck xx
Hi. Just keep up with all prescribed medication including, including Folic aci and Votamin D. avoid constipation and drink plenty of water. Look forward to your 7 week scam Diaane
congrats on your positive result. I know how you feel, I personally found this part before the viability scan worse than the 2WW, and mine was at 7wks 5days cos of Xmas! It was agony. It’s very difficult to know whats a good sign as it could all be down to the meds, so I tried to not fixate on anything or google anything as it made me worse. Try keep yourself distracted and stress free as there is no way of knowing unfortunately until the scan xx
This was by far the worst part of IVF for me. If it is any comfort, I have had 5 IVF pregnancies (2 early losses) and I can't remember how many failed transfers in between. With my 3 resulting in live births I never had a single symptom in any of them aside from feeling like my period was going to arrive any second for the first two or three weeks! No sore boobs until way later and only in my first pregnancy (a boy) and only for a week or two. Second pregnancy again absolutely no symptoms (non-ID twin boys) and my final pregnancy (at age 46) again no symptoms at all. I gave birth to a beautiful girl at aged 47. I struggled in the first trimester because I was always convinced something was going to go wrong. The only thing that put my mind at ease was repeat HCG 48 hours apart in the early days and that gave me an idea of whether or not the pregnancy was progressing as it should and then it was just serial testing and POAS every few days when I had a wobble. It's not ideal by any stretch of the imagination but things will get better. I had spotting in all 3 pregnancies and early scans which allayed my fears but only for a day or so and then the doubtful thoughts crept in. Once that first trimester was over I always felt I could relax more. This probably isn't helping 🙈 but I think all I am trying to say is you are absolutely not alone and it is absolutely normal not to have symptoms and now my pregnancies are over, despite those early anxieties I am so relieved I did not have to deal with daily sickness or painful boobs. I breezed all my pregnancies physically and even now at age 48 I would gladly have another! You've got this. You're pregnant and now the trick is trying to enjoy it as it really will all go so fast and I miss my bump so much. You will be glad of no symptoms later on if you are fortunate enough not to develop them. Congratulations.
This was something I really needed to hear and wow you’ve really gave me that Comfort in so stressed as im 40 and wondering if this is my last chance !!! I’m wondering if I should pay for hcg bloods x
I am sure you could approach your GP and explain your anxieties and request quantitative HCG bloods 48 hours apart or through your clinic. I definitely felt better having those done and in the tests where my results were strong and at least doubled over 48 hours, everything was fine. It definitely gave me peace of mind. You are still young compared to where I was when I had my little lady so try not to let that worry you. Have you had your progesterone levels checked also? I had cyclogest (200mg x 3 per day) and prolutex injections daily. My progesterone levels were on the high side but safer to be higher than too low x
I am currently on progesterone as well problem with me is I had a septate uterus and lost babies at the same time each time normally 6 weeks that’s such a good idea to ask the doctor about hcg I will give them a call tomorrow morning Thankyou xxx
Hello, maybe you suppose to have a clexane injections and baby aspirin + progesterone.
